The thing that is really going to stand out about our presentation is the design, and it should be the design that stands out and sells itself. Our design is a condo for a bachelor that is taste full and manly without being lewd or gross. Aside from the design, we will be presenting our design professionally in a neat, clean, well put together power point presentation. Our group will also be dressed professionally in coordinating outfits. A bottle of bubbly is always nice, but we can't drink on school premises
